She has planned and implemented multiple regional and global closed loop marketing and multichannel marketing initiatives in Canada, U.S., Europe and APAC since 2006.
Melanie’s primary responsibilities at Actando include operations plus key account management, design and delivery of programs and both sales and marketing assessments.

YANN BIDOLI

Yann is the IT Director of Actando. He oversees the Research and Development of new products including Serious Games and system enhancements and manages the IT team responsible for systems and architecture.
Yann’s expertise includes more than 15 years of consulting and product development for the pharmaceutical industry.
In his previous position at IMS Health, Yann led the development group responsible for the development of Simulations and Serious Games.

MATTHIEU FAUPEL

As Creative Director, Matthieu leads the design of innovative learning programs and ensures that all Actando solutions deliver highly engaging and interactive experiences for users. From Web & Multimedia Applications through to Learning Solutions and Serious Games, Matthieu incorporates his expertise together with meaningful client input to make each interaction with an Actando solution the best possible customer experience. Under his supervision, the team reviews project requirements, creates new or converts existing content, and manages the localisations of master modules.
Matthieu is an accomplished Consultant with over 16 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in diverse functions including Marketing, Sales, Learning, HR and IT. For 8 years at IMS Matthieu gained both business and technical experience which he now brings to the development and management of innovative learning solutions and cutting-edge serious games

DAVID REYNAL
Profile overview
David has over 19 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to Actando, David worked for IMS Health in Russia where he was in charge of consulting projects and Academy learning solutions. David worked as well for Anakena Healthcare Consulting, a management consulting company specialized in the Russian healthcare sector, as Consultant, Director of Department Strategy and Managing Director.
He has led engagements for both multinational and local pharmaceutical companies, ranging from the development of portfolio optimization strategy, stakeholder analysis, product & market access (reimbursement programs, local manufacturing, acquisitions) research, assessment and stakeholder management, to tactical in-field commercial initiatives
Education
David’s academic background includes an MBA from ESCP-EAP Business school and a BSc and MSc in biomedical engineering. He is fluent in English, French and Russian.
